Refund Policy

Because of the custom nature of our stationery, all sales are final.  We cannot accept returns or issue refunds.  However, we want you and your clients to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  If there is any quality issue or error on our part, we will reprint and ship the order at our expense.

You are responsible for providing us the correct information and for carefully reviewing the proof.   We are not responsible for errors not caught in the proofing process.
